"If there is one person who is still not free, then I am not; if there is one person who still suffers from insult and humiliation, then I do. Do you understand yet?" ~ Ai Weiwei

One of the best articles on Ai Weiwei's detention that I have read yet:

Ai Weiwei: the dissident artist | Art and design | The Guardian

He filled Tate Modern's Turbine Hall with sunflower seeds and campaigned against corruption. Then last month China's most provocative artist disappeared. Hari Kunzru on Ai Weiwei.

...up to 108°F today!

It has been over 100°F for about the last two weeks and it is up to 108°F today!

The real problem was that my office got up to about 85°F today and I still have a lot of office work to do... we still have another week of classes and then a week of final exams/final critiques! ...yikes!!!
